We currently serve families throughout Zhongshan District and the wider Taipei metropolitan area, including Songshan, Zhongzheng, Da'an, Neihu, and Shilin. If you're located nearby and unsure, we're happy to discuss your situation during an initial call.
How do we know if our parent needs in-home care?
Common signs include withdrawing from social contact, difficulty keeping up with daily routines, missed medications, or the family feeling stretched thin trying to help. You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis — many families start with a lighter service and adjust from there.
Can the care plan be adjusted after we start?
Absolutely. Needs change — sometimes gradually, sometimes suddenly. We review every care plan on a regular basis and welcome input from the family at any time. For the All-Inclusive Home Wellness Program, monthly family reviews are built directly into the structure.
Are your caregivers trained and background-checked?
Yes. All team members go through a thorough selection process that includes background verification, professional reference checks, and role-specific training before they work with any client. We also provide ongoing development so that our team stays current on best practices.
What is the typical response time when I reach out?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days. For families dealing with a more urgent situation, please call us directly — our team is available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Is my family member's personal information kept private?
We take data privacy seriously. All health information, care notes, and personal records are handled in accordance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. Information is shared only within the care team on a need-to-know basis and never passed to third parties without your consent.
