Social Engagement Visits

Program 02
Medical Appointment Management
A full-service accompaniment and coordination package for managing an elderly individual's medical schedule. This covers booking and confirming appointments, arranging transportation, physically accompanying the senior to the clinic or hospital, taking clear consultation notes, and relaying all relevant information to the family afterward. Medical paperwork and prescription records are also organized and maintained.
